Job Description-Business Development Manager
Location- 1 - Hyderabad
Location- 2 - Kolkata
Location- 3 - Vadodara
Roles & Responsibilities :
  • Increase the sales/business development and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • To exhibit the product.

  • To demonstrate the product to the clients.

  • Should have complete knowledge of PLC/DCS/Instrument Panels.

  • Should be aware about the Safety rules in the industries.

  • Should be presentable, good verbal & written communication skills in Hindi/English & local language.

  • Should aware about the Gas Detection Systems.

  • Willing to travel up to 40%-60%.

  • Should well aware about the ISO certifications.

  • Ability to negotiate.

  • Very Good Convincing power.

  • Able to design Strategic Planning.

  • Should be self driven & having proactive approach etc.

Desired Profile/Qualifications
  • Must be a B.E./B.Tech (Chemical/Instrumentation)+ MBA (Marketing) from any recognized university/institute.

  • Must have 3-10 years of management experience required in a sales/customer service role.

  • Must have handled large teams.

  • Must have handled Administration in the current organization

  • Must have excellent client management skills.

  • Excellent communication skills

Language Skills
English is the principal language for this position. This position requires good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively in a diverse multicultural environment.
Computer Skills
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint is required.
Work Hours and Environment
Normal working hours for this position are Monday Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, however, working beyond these hours will often be required by business needs.
